Todd Thomson
Executive Minister
Todd started at CrossPointe as Connections Minister in August of 2019. and named Executive Minister in April 2022. He loves connecting people with God and each other. In addition to that, he wears several hats in the church and works to build a healthy church culture. He is married to his better half, Jennifer. Together they have three great adult children: Isaac, Aubrey, and Adam. Todd is an avid Chicago Bears football fan. He enjoys hunting, going to the gym, and spending time with family. Todd’s passion is helping people experience life change through Jesus.
Craig Beatty
Preaching Minister
Craig became the Preaching Minister in December 2024. He has lived in Chesterton for 7 years with his wife of 16 years, Lindsay, and 4 amazing children. Craig and Lindsay were previously missionaries in Puerto Rico for 9 years. Craig is a 2008 Johnson Bible College graduate and is passionate about discipleship of new believers as well as long time followers. Outside of ministry, Craig loves the great outdoors – hiking, camping, kayaking and fishing. Craig also enjoys coaching little league baseball and investing the next generation.

Leslie Hardsock
MidPointe & Events Coordinator
Leslie grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, but has lived in Indiana since 2007. She oversees all aspects of MidPointe (our middle school group) and assists behind the scenes with events at CrossPointe. She is excited about creating environments where teens can grow closer to Jesus, and grow in fellowship with friends at the same time. Leslie is married to Rusty and they were baptized in 2016 at CPCC. When she is not serving, she enjoys scrapbooking, game nights, and spending time with her three children.
Dana Liss
Office Administrator
Dana joined the staff in March 2021 and handles CrossPointe office/membership duties as well as design for our bulletins and events. Dana graduated from Columbia College Chicago and brings a love of design and business/creative experience to her role. Dana moved to Chesterton in 2017 with her husband, Ben, and two young sons. She and her family are avid boaters and enjoy spending their free time in nature and traveling Lake Michigan and beyond.
